Experience and Revelation of Manchu Cultural Resource Industrialization Development in Changchun-jilin-tumen Area

The industrial development of Manchu cultural resources in the Changchun-jilin-tumen area achieves some achievements in the protection of culture and the aspects of heritage about the Shaman, Manchu folk cultural relics and folklore, but there are not enough cultural resources' integration, uneven development, inadequate construction of cultural teams and other issues. Also some experiences are gained: Government leading, linking between the upper and lower; overall planning, highlighting the emphasis; adapting to local conditions, integrating development; combining science and research, developing sustainably. The experience can provide useful lessons for the further rational development of national cultural resources.
