Abstract
The research focuses on the effect of working memory span on foreign language listening comprehension and the results show that native language capacity and foreign language working memory span enhance along with the working material capacity. There is no direct connection between native language memory span and foreign language listening comprehension. The effect of foreign language memory span on foreign language listening comprehension is apparent but not absolute. There is also strong correlation in case of workig memory span between native language and foreign language.
