The Realistic Predicament and Solution

Democracy at the grassroots level negotiation is the vivid practice of the Marxist concept of democracy; it is the basic form of democracy to further enrich. The relative lack of consultation platform, consultation mechanism is not sound, the masses "negotiation" awareness is not higher is the realistic predicament. Therefore, we must accelerate the building of grassroots democracy consultation platform; actively promote the perfection of democratic consultation mechanism; to improve people's awareness of "negotiation" and vigorously to create a grass-roots democratic atmosphere.
