Transforming the Cultural Poverty Alleviation into the Precise Cultural Poverty Alleviation:A Review of the Research on the Cultural Poverty Alleviation of China in the Past Thirty Years

The study of the cultural poverty alleviation has experienced the process from the study of the cultural poverty alleviation to that of the precise cultural poverty alleviation in China. The paper studies the research status and the main viewpoints from the connotation, significance and countermeasures of the cultural poverty alleviation and the precise cultural poverty alleviation, and makes suggestions of solving the problems existing in the study and of doing future study.
