Agricultural Land Financing System in China — Based on the Enlightenment of German Financing System of Agricultural Land

German financial system of agricultural land is one of adjustment policies to agricultural production. It is based on land mortgage credit cooperatives, joint cooperative banks, the spontaneous creation of a bottom-up organization system, it is a bond basis funding sources of loans and it is composed of standardized mode of operation. This paper summarizes experience of early agricultural financial system in German, Enlightenment builds the future of agricultural land to the financial system, and provides induction and experience for china's financial system for rural land.
