70 Years Development of Journalism and Communication Discipline in Sichuan

70 years after the founding of the People's Republic of China, the journalism and communication discipline in Sichuan has achieved remarkable results.The discipline of journalism and communication has gradually improved and perfected its system and established a strong team of teachers.Many academic leaders have come to the fore and fruitful achievements of scientific research and teaching have been made.A large number of excellent journalism and communication talents have been cultivated for the country.This paper reviews and summarizes the developing history of the discipline and its achievements from three aspects:its historical evolution, academic achievements and academic activities.
