Research on Competitiveness Evaluation of Civil-military Integration of Industrial Cluster:Take Sichuan Province as an Example

Civil-military integration has become a national strategy. The development of civil-military integration industries is a key path to the realization of civil-military integration. Clustering industrial development is an effective way to promote the development of civil-military integration industries. At present, the development level of civil-military integration industrial clusters is different in various regions, so it is important to evaluate the competitiveness of the development of civil-military integration industries. This paper takes Sichuan Province as an example to evaluate the competitiveness level of civil-military integration industrial clusters with the GEMS model. And the paper concluded that the Sichuan Province civil-military integration of industrial cluster's overall development level is higher and competitiveness is stronger。At the same time, the enterprise, market and environment, etc. factors is not able to support development of industrial cluster, basic aspect also needs to be improved, and the paper finally put forward policy suggestions about development of civil-military integration industrial cluster in Sichuan Province.
