An Empirical Study of Leisure Demand for Urban Residents

On the basis of a sample Joyous Farmer's House around Chengdu, with the method of questionnaire and statistics, we have analyzed the current situation of urban residents' leisure demand from the aspects of demographic characteristics, leisure motive, leisure time, and leisure consumption etc.Demographic characteristics, such as gender, age, occupation, educational level, income, exert different influence on leisure of Joyous Farmer's House.And accordingly some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Joyous Farmer's House products are given in the essay.
