A Research into Guarantee Introduction System in Pre-trial Evaluation Process in Community Correction

On the community correction pretrial evaluation process of introducing insurance mechanism, in recent years, the Chengdu city community correctional work efforts to promote an important content, pass to be guarantor credit assessment, can fully mobilize the power of community participation in the community correction supervision work, full of the monitoring force. In this paper, through extensive investigation and thorough practice, in pretrial evaluation stage to introduce guarantee system demonstrates the feasibility of community correction, and the guarantee mechanism for the connotation, the guarantor duty, guarantee implementation are discussed, the hope for preventing and reducing crime again helpful ex-convict personnel.
