Studying In-depth and Implementing the Gist of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for Further Development of Xihua University

Education is of top priority at the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which sets People Satisfied Education as a major task. Exerting efforts to accomplish the mission is the demanded historic duty for all teachers and educators. For our university, the priority is to further the scientific development on a practically-grounded basis. To this end, several points must be stuck to: leadership of the Communist Party of China, development under guidance of scientific theories, down-to-earth spirit, growth with specialty and openness, well-cultivated graduates and high-quality research capability. And the end cannot be met without the Party's guidance for talents, without the reinforcement of personnel administration, or without the fundamental mass-based and mass-monitored principles. Accordingly, anti-corruption, firm belief in the Party and serving the people are ensuring preconditions.
