Cyber Marriage and Its Legal Regulations

Cyber marriage is a marriage over the Internet, which is virtual, immoral and unethical, asymmetric and convenient.Cyber marriage differs the traditional marriage widely in the nature, elements, mode, process and etc..It will do great harm to adults or adolescents involved.Thus, to strengthen the social observation and constraint on cyber marriage, the provisions in the Marriage Law should be modified, especially the related regulations of devoice case and compensation.
