Further Driving Institutional Innovation in Grass-root Democracy, Strengthening Team Construction of Secretary of Party Committee of Villages and Towns——A Case Study of Chengdu

Chengdu has prompted the construction and integration of urban and rural development since 2003, which has driven institutional innovation in grass-root democracy, strengthened team construction of secretary of party committee of villages and towns, made remarkable achievements and cumulated rich practical experience.This paper systematically summarizes experiences of enhancing the team construction of secretary of party committee of villages and towns in Chengdu area, analyzes the problems in practice, and then proposes some countermeasures and suggestions.
