Objective to understand the symptoms of acute psychological trauma and shame caused by traffic accidents, and to provide a theoretical basis for medical Clinical Psychology.
Methods 90 victims were assessed with the ISE-R, DES and shame scale separately with in the seven days after accident.
Results aggressive symptoms, avoidance symptoms and the dissociation were significantly related; behavior shame and avoidance symptoms were significantly related to the experience of separation; body shame was significantly related with the experience of separation; family shame was significantly related with the experience of separation.
Conclusion compared with non-acute psychological trauma group, symptoms of acute psychological trauma intraffic accident group were severer. In the treatment of bone disease, orthopedic surgeons are supposed to pay more attention to the occurrence of PTSD and its prevention, to ensure patients'faster recovery and higherquality of life.
