Analysis on Micro-Factors of Farmers' Non-Agricultural Employment—Empirical Study of 7506 Samples in China

China is a country with large agricultural population and the transfer of rural labor force to non-agricultural industry plays an important role in the modernization and harmonious development of the society. Various factors affect farmers' non-agricultural employment. This paper constructs an econometric model based on their present conditions, and then analyzes the influences of micro-factors on farmers' non-agricultural employment.
