Construct a Joint Mechanism between Talents Training in University and Service Area——A Case Study of Chengdu University

Constructing a joint mechanism between talents training in higher education and the service area is the fundamental solution to the discrepancy between talent training and personnel needs in society. This measure can ensure the talents "production and marketing link" from the very beginning, and form the virtuous circle of talents training and employment.Efforts have been made in Chengdu University in trying out such solution to improve talents training system and to keep a sustainable development, by which remarkable progress has been achieved.
