The Fundamental Problems in the Chinese Characterization of Marxism Modernization Theories

This paper expounds on the fundamental problem in the Chinese Characterization of Marxism modernization theories in the following three aspects: the political strategy in the process of constructing modern leading authority, the social strategy in social transformation and its harmonious development in the urbanization reform, and the personnel strategy based on human innate characters and their various performances.
