The Regression Analysis about Enterprises' Ecological Responsibility Activities Creating Customer Value

  • Customers are the surviving and developing basis of enterprise. With the globalization of green wave, customers are now pursuing more green products, so enterprises are required to take more ecological responsibilities. On the basis of empirical study, this essay shows that enterprises' ecological responsibility can meet customers' green need, create higher values for customers, increase customer satisfaction, and then, enhance enterprises' benefit.
