Abstract
The rapid advancement of digital technologies and the profound transformation of communication modes have posed significant challenges to traditional ideological and political education in terms of discourse adaptation, dissemination effectiveness, and practical impact. As an important component of the national economy, financial enterprises play a vital role in safeguarding economic stability, national financial security, and ideological security. Against the backdrop of China's Digital China strategy and its objective of becoming a financial powerhouse, this paper examines the digital transformation and contextualized innovation of ideological and political work in financial enterprises. Drawing on interdisciplinary insights from ideological and political education, communication studies, and digital technology, it develops an integrated analytical framework in which digital intelligence empowerment serves as the technological foundation and contextual integration provides the primary pathway for practical implementation. At the theoretical level, the study identifies four interrelated logical foundations of ideological-political leadership in Party building within financial enterprises—namely, value orientation, historical context, theoretical grounding, and practical application. These dimensions address four fundamental questions: why such leadership is necessary, what underpins its legitimacy, through what mechanisms it is realized, and how it can be effectively implemented. Building upon this theoretical framework, the paper further proposes a four-dimensional practical model comprising value guidance, technological integration, contextual construction, and institutional safeguards, thereby establishing a closed-loop framework that links value orientation, technological application, contextual engagement, and institutional support. By integrating the four logical foundations with the four-dimensional practical framework, this study advances a systematic theoretical model of digital intelligence–empowered ideological-political leadership in Party building for financial enterprises. Considering the distinctive characteristics of financial enterprises as knowledge-intensive, highly regulated, and high-risk organizations, it proposes practical approaches to overcoming the long-standing disconnect between Party building and business operations through the effective application of digital intelligence technologies. Furthermore, it envisions an intelligent ideological-political ecosystem that is precise, immersive, and emotionally engaging, enabling mainstream values to be communicated in more tangible, targeted, and internally compelling ways. In doing so, the study demonstrates how the Party's political and organizational strengths can be transformed into enhanced governance capacity and sustainable organizational development, thereby reinforcing the ideological foundation and organizational support necessary for advancing the path of financial development with Chinese characteristics.
