Simulation Analysis of Accumulator Energy Storage Status Influence on Working Conditions in Hydraulic Hybrid Vehicle

摘要: 为研究蓄能器储能状态对车辆工况的影响, 搭建整车AMESim模型, 以蓄能器储能状态为基础, 定义压力能量状态, 制定了能量分配规则, 并按照蓄能器的数学模型建立其控制模型, 利用AMESim与Simulink的联合仿真, 分析蓄能器储能状态对发动机工况及再生制动的影响。仿真结果表明:蓄能器的储能压力值设定对发动机的启停影响较大, 压力能量状态下限设为0.2较为合理; 在发动机反复起停与轻度制动的工况下, 蓄能器压力能量状态的上下限范围大, 能更有效地利用回收能量。Abstract: In order to study the influence of the accumulator energy storage status on vehicle working condition, the structure and the action principle of the series hydraulic hybrid vehicle is presented.The vehicle model was built in AMESim eviroment..On the basis of accumulator energy storage status, the pressure energy state was defined, and the rules of energy distribution was formulated, and whose controlling model was constructed in Simulink as the accumulator mathematical model.By means of the combination simulation between AMESim and Simulink, the accumulator energy storage status influence on working conditions of engine and regenerative braking for the typical conditions was analyzed.The simulation results show that the impact of energy storage setting pressure value of the accumulator is significant on the engine stop-start, a reasonable lower limit valve of pressure energy status should be set to 0.2;the accumulator had a larger range of upper and lower for pressure energy status during the engine start-stop repeatedly and slightly braking condition, which would be utilize to recover energy more effectively.
