Abstract: The new Code of Civil Procedure clearly defines the power of prosecutorial supervision of the civilian implementation. This is an affirmation on the rationality of the prosecutorial supervision of the civilian implementation.On this basis, this article discusses the scope and the procedure of the civilian implementation of the prosecutorial supervision.The scope and the procedure of the civilian implementation of the prosecutorial supervision should include the whole process of the exercise jurisdiction of the right of the implementation and execution of the implementation.The procedure of the civilian implementation of the prosecutorial supervision should mainly apply in accordance with the parties.The People's Court should accept the supervision of the same level People's Procuratorate.Inspection and supervision should take different concrete ways according to the different situations in the civilian implementation.
