Comparative Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics of Models for Passive Hydraulic Engine Mounts

摘要: 分析了纯阻尼孔式、浮动解耦盘式和直接解耦盘式三种被动液压悬置集总参数模型, 介绍了集总参数模型参数识别的测试装置和参数估计方法, 对比分析了三种被动液压悬置在低频段(0~50Hz) 和高频段(50~250Hz) 表现出的不同的动刚度和相位滞后角的特性。分析表明, 纯阻尼孔式的动刚度最大, 浮动解耦盘式的动刚度在低频段增加得比纯阻尼式和直动解耦盘式迅速, 直动解耦盘式的动刚度低频“硬化”和高频“软化”特征是三种悬置中最明显的。Abstract: The paper mainly analyzes three lumped parameter (LP) models of passive hydraulic engine mounts.There are three passive hydraulic engine mounts: HEM with only one inertia track, direct-decoupler hydraulic mount and direct-decoupler hydraulic mount.The paper introduces the apparatus used for obtaining and identifying the parameters of the three lumped parameter (LP) models and also introduces the method of parameter estimate.Comparison of dynamic stiffness and phases characteristics of three passive hydraulic engine mounts among them in the low frequency domain (0~50Hz) and high frequency domain (50~250Hz) is conducted.The results obtained show that the dynamic stiffness of the HEM with only one inertia track is the highest.In the low frequency domain, the dynamic stiffness of floating-decoupler hydraulic mount increases faster than that of others.The characteristic of 'hard' and 'soft' in the low frequency domain and high frequency domain is distinguished among the three mounts.
