Abstract: After the entry of WTO, Chinese private foreign trade enterprises have developed quickly.Till now, they have basically completed the "quantity" accumulation and entered into the comprehensive transformation and the stage of upgrading "quality".In order to break through the predicament of development and succeed in transformation, the private foreign trade enterprises should pay close attention to internal and external stakeholders, and only when receiving their full understanding and support, can the enterprise be successfully transformed.
