Abstract: Civil procedure amendment makes some improvement in proof stipulation, for example, adding the electronic evidence to the provision, changing "expert conclusion" into "expert opinion", and accordingly adjusting the original evidence system.To prevent litigation raid, civil procedure amendment also emphasizes that evidence must be verified by the statutory procedures before judges depend it to ascertain facts.Despite its progress, civil procedure amendment leaves some old problems in proof stipulation untouched, among which the prospective deficiency in evidence classification is prominent.
