Abstract: Chinese harmony culture takes "harmony" as its purpose and promotes the realization of ideal harmonious state by means of "harmony". The connotation of urban-rural integration development is logically consistent with the original meaning of harmony culture, which contains rich integration values that can be used for reference by urban-rural development. Based on the actual development needs of new urban-rural relationship and the urgent requirements for building a harmonious society, this paper discusses cultural logic of harmony for the development of urban-rural integration adhering to the value concept of Chinese "harmony" culture. It proposes the following development logic concepts: "the unity of heaven and man" constitutes the balance of urban-rural integration; "premium harmony" constitutes the coordinated development of urban-rural integration; "harmony in diversity" constitutes the characteristic development of urban-rural integration; "working together with one heart" constitutes a joint development of urban-rural integration; "maintenance of supreme harmony" constitutes an advanced development of urban-rural integration.
