构建高校人才培养与服务地区的联动机制——以成都大学为例

Construct a Joint Mechanism between Talents Training in University and Service Area——A Case Study of Chengdu University

  • 摘要: 解决高校人才培养与社会人才需求脱节的问题, 治本之策是建立起高校人才培养与服务地区、企业等人才消费方的联动机制, 从源头上保障高校的办学与社会人才需求之间的“产销衔接”, 形成人才培养和人才消费的良性循环。成都大学对此进行了积极的探索, 并以此作为提高学校办学水平和实现可持续发展的突破口, 取得了明显的进展与实效。

     

    Abstract: Constructing a joint mechanism between talents training in higher education and the service area is the fundamental solution to the discrepancy between talent training and personnel needs in society. This measure can ensure the talents "production and marketing link" from the very beginning, and form the virtuous circle of talents training and employment.Efforts have been made in Chengdu University in trying out such solution to improve talents training system and to keep a sustainable development, by which remarkable progress has been achieved.
