Abstract: The aid and right protection for orphan and handicapped children is an important part of the people's livelihood and it plays an important role in the social aid career.At the same time, it arouses a lot of concern in all walks of our society.With economic and social development and progress these years, the aid and right protection for orphan and handicapped children has gone into a good future with its level and quality improving year by year.But due to the influence of the regional economic development, policy conditions, aid proportion, aid standard, etc., the aid and right protection for orphan and handicapped children in some places still lags behind, which has affected the overall level of orphan and disabled children's aid.The article took a further research about the life assurance and welfare service of the orphan and handicapped children in Chongqing, point out the problems in the aid and right protection for orphan and handicapped children.
