Abstract:
Based on the theory of planned behavior and aided by ERP simulated practice training, this paper tends to test and verify college students' innovative behavior model. The results show that innovative attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavior control have significant positive impact on innovative behavior. In addition, intervention strategies in innovation process control, based on the following exogenous latent variables, such as creative self-efficacy, constructive controversy, time pressure, task reflexivity and organization support, have been developed. The analysis illustrate that college students' innovation performance can be improved by strengthening organization support to form innovative atmosphere, making positive guidance to constructive controversy and task reflexivity and promoting self-efficacy, but the trigger-point for time pressure should be located cautiously.Universities may accordingly implement intervention strategies in students' innovative behavior control in experimental practice training and other practice process to improve students' innovative performance.
