Abstract:
Theories of causation in criminal law mainly include theory of condition, equivalence theory of causation and objective imputation theory, which are used differently. The theory of condition lays the foundation for other theories, so China's criminal justice must generally adhere to it. The objective theory in the equivalence theory of causation has an advantage in handling the cases with intervention factors. And the objective imputation theory, as a complex analysis tool, can be used to handle more difficult cases.
