Abstract: This paper first summarizes the inner logic, content, purpose and significance of metaphysics in Chinese traditional Confucianism, then addresses the basic difference of metaphysics between Chinese and western philosophies, and expatiates the characteristics of Chinese traditional metaphysics thoughts in theory, and finally makes an preliminary assessment on it.
