Abstract: In the poem annotations of Song Dynasty written by scholiasts in Song Dynasty, Li Bi's Wang Jing Gong Shi Zhu was an outstanding piece gathering all others' advantages. One of the important characteristics then was writing poetry criticism and analysis in poem annotation. In Wang Jing Gong Shi Zhu, Li Bi, with his excellent ability to produce poetry, not only cited Wang Anshi's poems in detail, but also did research on Wang's syntaxes, words and expressions, art of compositions, literary quotation and antithesis. He also made comments on Wang's aesthetic effect so as to discover the artistic characteristics of Wang Anshi's poetry.
