Abstract:
Now, Financial globalization is sweeping the world, China must follow the trend and actively integrate into the tides of financial opening-up. Since China's entry into WTO, China's degree of financial globalization has been increasingly growing up. However, as for different dimensions of financial internationalization, the degrees of internationalization are asymmetric: the lower internationalization degree of financial regulation does not match with those of financial institutions and markets; the internationalization degree of financial services is comparatively low; the internationalization processes of capital movements and currency internationalization are relatively slow, but since the subprime crisis, the process of RMB internationalization has begun to speed up. In general, since China's reform and opening up until now, China's financial internationalization process can be divided into four stages. In the future, we should unswervingly push forward the process of China's financial internationalization from multiple aspects.
