文化生态视野下的北京非物质文化遗产的传承与保护——以京西非物质文化遗产为例

Inheritance and Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritages from the Perspective of Cultural Ecology——A case study: Intangible Cultural Heritages in Western Beijing

摘要: 北京独特的地理环境和社会历史条件铸就其丰富多彩的非物质文化遗产。随着北京现代化和城市化的迅速发展, 一些非物质文化遗产面临衰退、失传的困境, 根本问题在于这些无形文化遗产所赖以生存、发展的文化生态环境发生改变或遭到破坏。因此, 认识北京非物质文化遗产的价值, 运用文化生态的理念分析其保护面临的问题, 提出建立文化生态保护区(村), 同时处理好“遗产保护”与“文化创新”、“文化创新”与“保持特色”的关系等, 以推进北京非物质文化遗产的传承与保护工作。

Abstract: Unique geographical and social environment endowed Beijing with rich and colorful intangible cultural heritages.With the rapid development of modernization and urbanization, some intangible cultural heritages are faced with decay and extinction.The essential issue is that the cultural ecology on which they depend has been altered and damaged.Therefore, four steps are proposed here to promote the protection of Beijing intangible cultural heritages the paper : 1) recognize their value; 2) analyze the problem from the perspective of cultural ecology; 3) establish cultural ecology zones(villages); 4) properly deal with relationships between "heritages protection" and "cultural innovation", between "cultural innovation" and "maintaining feature", etc.
