Abstract: In the Pre-Qin Period, some famous poetic theories came into being: "poems expressing one's bosom" in Shangshu, airing one's views in Zuozhuan, Confucius' comments on poems and music, Mengzi's critical theories on appreciation poems, etc.. With the sprout of modern receiving aesthetics thoughts, they greatly influenced the criticism and appreciation of poems after the Six Dynasties, and finally the bosom friend of Wenxindiaolongwas published as comparatively complete and systematic receiving theory of poems in literature theory.
