Abstract: The present market supervision system is badly lagged behind the economic development, so is the unilateral government supervision.The industry associations have advantages of providing services and supervision to enterprises, for they have wide connections, and keep close to enterprises and market.Thus, it is important to recognize their status, to foster standard and healthy industry associations and to release some supervision power for them to play the roles efectively.This method helps to reduce costs and confrontation, to raise eficiency and acceptance, which is the necessary requirement to service-orientated market supervision system in market economy.
