Abstract:
In the context of the digital and intelligent era, the digital and intelligent revolution driven by big data and artificial intelligence is promoting the second digital transformation of global academic publishing, profoundly reshaping the mechanisms of knowledge production, dissemination and evaluation. Chinese humanities and social science academic journals are facing structural challenges in the process of internationalization, such as barriers to cross-cultural communication, disengagement of evaluation systems, lagging technology application, and insufficient digital literacy among editorial and review teams. This paper, through literature analysis and case studies, systematically explores the application paths of digital and intelligent technologies in the production, dissemination and evaluation processes of academic journals, and reveals their enabling roles in publishing processes such as topic planning, editing and processing, and intelligent translation. The research shows that digital and intelligent technologies have significantly improved the operational efficiency and international communication power of Chinese humanities and social science academic journals, helping to break through the passive dependent development pattern and promoting academic method innovation and cross-language communication. Therefore, the internationalization of Chinese humanities and social science academic journals needs to adopt a collaborative framework of content innovation - institutional reconstruction - technology empowerment - team reshaping, by strengthening the exploration of Chinese characteristic academic resources, building intelligent evaluation and copyright management mechanisms, deepening technology application and cultivating a composite editorial team, to enhance China's international academic discourse power and promote the diversity and balanced development of the global academic ecosystem.
