  • A tool wear online monitoring and recognizing system is established by utilizing acoustic emission signal.The correlation between the acoustic emission signal and tool wear conditions is analyzed, and it is proved that the tool conditions can be detected by using acoustic emission signal.A set of hardware and software solutions based on ARM & WinCE are proposed, and the application software design and debug of the signal processing and display platform are finally completed.
