Abstract
Co2O3 doped Ba (Ti0.91Zr0.09) O3 ceramics were prepared by a traditional solid state reaction.The effect of Co2O3 on phase structure and dielectric properties was studied..The results show that second phase appears in the Ba (Ti0.91Zr0.09) O3 doped with Co2O3 ceramic, and the second phase reduces with the increase in Co2O3 content.The ferroelectric dispersion behavior appears in ceramic and dispersion characteristic is clearer when Co2O3 content increases.When x equals 0.01, the coercive field is maximum.
