The Multi-objective Optimization of Pilot Valve Spring for Safety Valve in Multi-way Directional Valve

The multi-objective optional model of pilot valve spring was designed in this paper, which took the maximum of inherent frequency and the minimum of its consumption of raw material as objectives.Bound variable analysis was performed and pilot valve optimization model was also built.The optimization was conducted with the help of language Matlab.The result shows that the pilot valve spring has better characteristics after optimum design.
