Research of the Technical Process for Extraction of Tea Polyphenol from Tea Waste

  • This paper presents the solvent extraction method and ions precipitation method (Zn2+) for the distillation of tea polyphenol. The authors use single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment separately, and discuss the best distilling technical parameters, such as enthanol concentration, grinding granularity, temperature of extraction, times of extraction, ratio of material to solvent and extraction time. At last, the best conditions of extraction are attained as follows: enthanol concentration is 20%, grinding granularity is 40, temperature of extraction is 70℃, extract for one time, ratio of material to solvent is 1:20, and extracted time is 15 minutes.
