Study on Drying Methods of Nourishment Enriched Rice

  • To research the applicability of using boiling method in enriched rice dryness, we had designed a corresponding drying device and done the experimentation of dryness effect and device capability using enriched rice which had been soaked and coated with membrane as object. The result showed that adjusting wind speed to make the boil height of materiel lower than 10 cm can ensure the stability of boil an circle of materiel so that we can lead a stable process of materiel dryness. At the same time, boil height or wind speed affects the drying speed which will grow as boil height or wind speed grows with the same temperature. In addition, under our experimentation condition, the drying speed is higher during the first 2 min and will keep after that period. Coated rice can maintain 15% water after being dried 2.5~9 min.
