Design of Wireless Data Acquisition System Based on ZigBee and PLC

  • In order to solve data collecting problems in some specific regions, this article gave a suggestion based on ZigBee protocol, and achieved the data acquisition and transmission between the master and slave.Based on the ZigBee protocol, taking RF chip CC2430 as a core, the authors designed a PLC acquisition system.Meanwhile, the functions were also realized such as regional temperature data detection, ZigBee based wireless data transmission, transformation among agreement RS232, RS422 and agreement RS485, data exchange among PLC, CC2430 and PC machine as well as temperature data monitoring through on-position configuration software MCGS and many other functions.After debugging, this gathering system was proved to meet the design request and be effective.Hence, it has a practical significance for the application of ZigBee technology in industry.
