Study on the Behavior time of a Traveler in Sudden Events

The behavior of a traveler is changed after a sudden event, and the traffic capacity of the concerned road network is influenced. On the basis of studying the behavior characteristics of a traveler in sudden events, the author investigates the average value and variance of a given travelling time in this paper. At the same time, the relationship between the road network traffic capacity and travelling time is studied as well. The research is helpful for the study of traffic evacuation and rescue path optimization.
