农业科技创新能力研究及关联分析以四川省为例

Research on Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Ability and Correlation AnalysisA Case Study of Sichuan Province

  • 摘要: 为深入了解区域农业科技创新能力的发展情况,本文从投入能力、产出能力和支撑能力3个维度入手,选取22个指标构建农业科技创新能力评价体系,对2013—2018年四川省农业科技创新能力进行评价,并运用灰色关联法分析影响其发展的主要因子。研究结果表明:2013—2018年,四川省农业科技创新能力呈逐年上升的趋势;支撑能力与农业科技创新能力的关联性最强,投入能力、产出能力与农业科技创新能力的相关性偏弱。在此基础上,文章从投入、产出和支撑等视角提出了相应的对策建议。

     

    Abstract: To gain an in-depth understanding of the development and comprehensive effect of regional agricultural science and technology innovation capacity, this paper starts from three dimensions of input capability, output capability and support capability and selects 22 indicators to construct an evaluation system of agricultural science and technology innovation capability, to evaluate the agricultural science and technology innovation capability of Sichuan Province from 2013 to 2018, and analyze the main factors affecting its development by using the Grey relational method. The results show that during 2013—2018, Sichuan's agricultural science and technology innovation capacity is on the rise year by year; the correlation between supporting ability and agricultural science and technology innovation ability is the strongest, while the correlation between input capability, output capability and agricultural science and technology innovation capability is weak. On this basis, the paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of input, output and support.
