基于Solidworks和ANSYS的加工中心电主轴动静态分析

Analysis of Static and Dynamic Characteristics for Electric Spindle Based on Solidworks and ANSYS

  • 摘要: 利用Solidworks和ANSYS建立某主轴—轴承系统的三维有限元模型,分析并计算出该电主轴的静态变形量与静刚度,采用Lanczos算法提取电主轴前四阶模态,又利用Harmonic谐响应分析方法取得电主轴在不同激励下的动力响应。仿真结果表明:该电主轴的动静刚度能够满足要求;电主轴的最高工作转速远离临界转速,能有效避免共振现象的发生。该模型分析为主轴优化设计和再制造设计提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: A finite element model of a spindle-bearing system was built by using software Solidworks and ANSYS. The static deformation and static stiffness were analyzed and calculated, and its first four sets modal was extracted by the method of Lanczos. At last, several dynamic responses of the spindle in different frequencies of exciting force were obtained by using Harmonic response analysis. The result verified that the static and dynamic rigidity met the requirements; and the highest working speed was far away from its critical rotation speed, which could avoid resonance phenomenon effectively. The study laid a foundation for the optimization design and remanufacturing.
