一种基于电容器组优化配置的智能低压无功补偿装置

An Intelligent Low Voltage Var Compensation Device Based on Optimal Capacitor Banks

  • 摘要: 针对电容器组在投切过程中产生暂态过电压和涌流的问题,研究了一种基于DSP控制的电容器组同步投切无功补偿装置的设计方法。该方法对电容器组以二进制编码方式分配,优化了电容器的投切阈值。系统以DSP2812为核心,采用电能计量芯片ATT7022A采集电网数据,实现了实时提取三相电压和电流的过零点,同时使用永磁真空同步开关保证了电容器组在最佳相位投切。该优化方案大大提高了补偿效率和控制精度。

     

    Abstract: In order to decrease the transient over-voltage and surge current caused by the capacitors switching,a new DSP-based synchronous closing device for var compensation is studied in this paper.The capacitor banks are distributed in binary encoding mode and the thresholds of switching capacitors are also optimally allocated.This controller is mainly designed based on DSP2812,and the ATT7022A is used to collect the power gird data.Furthermore,real-time voltage and current zero crossing points of three-phase circuit are obtained,and the permanent magnetic vacuum synchronous circuit breaker ensures the best phase of the capacitor bank switching.This optimal design can greatly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the device.
