石榴籽油的提取工艺优化及脂肪酸组成分析

Study on the Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction of Pomegranate Seed Oil and the Constituent of Its Fatty Acid

  • 摘要: 为优化超声辅助提取石榴籽油工艺条件在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验优化石榴籽油提取工艺条件;为比较从不同种类石榴中提取的石榴籽油中脂肪酸的组成,采用GC-MS法对多种石榴油中的脂肪酸组成进行分析比较。结果表明:石榴籽油提取的最佳工艺参数为以200目粉碎的石榴籽粉为原料,以正己烷为萃取剂,提取温度50 ℃,提取时间60 min,超声功率80 W,料液比1: 12;在该工艺条件下石榴籽油出油率达17.97%;青皮石榴中检测出12种脂肪酸,山东大红石榴中检测出11种,云南酸石榴中检测出10种;3种石榴籽油中不饱和脂肪酸含量较高且石榴酸的含量均高于61.00%。

     

    Abstract: In order to optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of pomegranate seed oil and analyze the composition of fatty acid in the seeds, the optimal extracting conditions were studied with the orthogonal experiments on the basis of single-factor experiments. And composition of the PSO was analyze with GC-MS method. Experiment results show that the optimum conditions are as follows:particle size of material 200 screen mesh, extractant n-hexane, reaction temperature 50℃, time 60min, ultrasonic power 80W, solid/liquid ratio l:12(g/mL). Under the conditions, the oil yield ratio could reach17.97%, and 12 kinds of fatty acid were checked out from Huili's pomegranate, 11 from Shandong's, 10 from Yunnan's. The content of unsaturated fatty acid in these three kinds of pomegranate is relatively higher, and the percent of Punicic acid are all above 61%.
