Abstract: Establishing the new rural cooperative medical system is a major step in solving the problems of 'agriculture, rural areas and farmers' and coordinating development between urban and rural areas. Based on the survey of the new rural cooperative medical system in three counties of Nanchong, this paper sums up some good experiences of the system implementation, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures as the decision basis for the system improvement.
