Abstract: Permanent magnetic ferrite materials have become the hot research object in the current permanent magnetic materials because of their good magnetic properties and high performance to price ratio. In this paper, the research progress of permanent magnetic ferrite materials is reviewed from the structure and characteristics, preparation methods, magnetic property control methods, and so on. And the future development of permanent magnetic ferrite materials is prospected.
