摘要: 为实现车牌识别系统实时动态监控,设计一种基于ARM9的嵌入式微处理器的车牌识别系统。采用S3c2410嵌入式处理器和高速闪存,提高了系统处理速度;为解决车牌图像倾斜的问题,进行了车牌校正,提高了系统的识别精度。该系统已应用于作业现场,运行可靠,效果良好。Abstract: A license plate recognition systems based on ARM9 is designed to meet the need of real - time and dynamic monitoring. Using embedded processor S3c2410 and high speed flash, the function of system processing speed was realized. In order to solve the problems of the license plate image, the license plate was corrected and this improved the identification precision.The system was applied to actual field work and it ran reliably and well.
