应急物资储备中片区储备库协同选址研究

摘要: 为实现区域性应急物资储备的协同管理, 对区域性应急物资储备布局中片区储备库的协同选址模型及算法进行研究。以储备库建设和物资运输成本之和最小、物资运输总时间最小为目标, 基于混合整数非线性规划规划方法建立了片区储备库协同选址多目标优化模型, 并设计了一种基于协进化原理、运用矩阵编码的多目标遗传算法。算例分析结果表明, 该模型可以有效求解片区储备库协同选址问题。Abstract: To achieve the collaborative management of regional relief materials, the collaborative location problem of sectional reserves in regional emergency supplies storage was studied. By using mixed integer non-linear programming method, a multi-objective optimization model for collaborative location problem of sectional reserves was developed to minimize the total system cost and the total transportation time. A matrix-based co-evolutionary multi-objective genetic algorithm was also proposed. The results of a numerical example showed that the model was feasible and the algorithm was efficient for solving above collaborative location problem of sectional reserves. The efficiency of regional emergency supplies storage could be improved by carrying into execution for collaborative location of sectional reserves.
